Personal insurance consulting
For the life
you are building.
Put your everyday insurance questions in context, from your home and vehicle to the responsibilities that matter to your household.
Start with what matters to you.
A move, a new vehicle, a home improvement or a change in your household can bring new insurance questions. Personal insurance consulting begins with your situation and the points you want to understand, rather than assuming the same answer suits everyone.
You may already have a policy and simply want to prepare better questions about it. You may be approaching renewal or trying to organize several different policies. A useful first conversation identifies the topic, the documents that may be relevant and the available review scope.
Topics to bring to the conversation.
Your home or rental: the property, belongings, listed interests and policy questions you want to discuss.
Your vehicle: drivers, vehicle use, changing circumstances and questions about the terms shown on your policy.
Your personal responsibilities: questions about liability limits, exclusions or how separate policies relate to one another.
Your next renewal: information that has changed, notices received and terms you would like clarified.
What to prepare.
Begin with a short description of your question and the kind of policy involved. Keep a list of recent changes and any relevant renewal dates. Once the service scope and a suitable sharing method are agreed, you can be told which documents are needed.
Please do not send policy numbers, identity documents, medical information or payment details in an initial email. An introduction should be enough to start the discussion.
Keep the next step clear.
A consultation does not itself issue a policy or confirm how an insurer will handle a particular claim. Coverage questions depend on the actual contract and circumstances. Any purchase, renewal, cancellation or change must be handled and confirmed through the appropriately authorized insurer or representative.
